For Express shipping, we use FedEX, UPS or DHL. Customers may expect the packages arrive at their doorsteps within 7-14 days.
For returns, contact us and we will provide the address of the nearest warehouse (in the USA for US and Canada citizens, Europe for EU and UAE citizens).

PRIMETIME LOOKS is not liable for any return packages that were sent from the USA or Canada to the address outside the US.
Items must be sent back within 10 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s) unless the sent item was a wrong or damaged item.
PRIMETIME LOOKS is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
PRIMETIME LOOKS does not provide special dates deliveries unless one of the company's customer service representatives stated otherwise via email or live chat.
All items with the red price and SALE tag are considered Sale and can only be refunded in the form of an E-Gift Card code unless the wrong item arrived, or arrived damaged. Lingerie (bodysuits included) are not eligible for return.
Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our warehouse.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned item.
Once you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days, or you will receive an E-Gift Card code via email.
If you are entitled to a refund but haven’t received it yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially released. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Instant exchanges for customers outside the US and Canada are not available at the moment, only returns.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Orders are considered processed within 48 hours and cannot be canceled after that.
